We are so excited to share our first “How To” Guide of 2021! Today we are sharing our tips & tricks for how to perfectly and easily hang your curtains. Curtains can make an immediate difference in brightening up a space and adding cohesiveness and a “finished” upscale feel to a room. However, there are a few important do’s and don’ts when it comes to hanging your curtains to ensure that they are hung perfectly in your space. We’ve shared our tips below!
We also linked some of our favorite curtains and curtain rods that we love to use in our client’s homes!
Curtains:
Here at Porche & Co. we usually opt for neutral thicker curtains. Using bright neutral curtains (like a natural linen or a shade of white) can help brighten up a room while providing a put together feel for your space. We love thicker curtains (versus sheer) as they provide a more upscale feel in a space. Blackout or velvet curtains are our go-tos. Below we have linked some of our favorite curtains that we use in our client’s homes. We love this easy and affordable no sew hem adhesive! It’s so helpful- you can achieve the perfect length curtains in minutes without needing a professional hem.
Curtain Rods:
Below we have linked the curtain rods that we love to use in client homes. These are thicker, simplistic in nature and wonderful quality.
