OVERVIEW ::
We are obsessing over the gorgeous warm tones and textures in this space! This design employs just the right amount of soft textures and warm colors paired with subtle pops of dark accents throughout the space to create a really cohesive and welcoming feel.
In this space, we selected a vintage Turkish rug to ground the space and lend texture and warmth without being too busy or distracting. We layered in some more neutral pieces in creams and beige tones along with pops of dark tones in the lamps, artwork, and the mirror frame.
We chose neutral nightstands that will provide textured hidden storage and continue the warm tones in the rug. The console we selected is open to allow the space to feel larger while complimenting the wood tones on the nightstands. The black and white prints a top the console flow seamlessly with the black doors and metal hardware throughout the space. The ceramic statement lamps on the nightstands create a nice statement against the wood while continuing the darker tones into this side of the room.
We also created a relaxing reading corner in this bedroom. We suggested on of our favorite swivel chairs which pair nicely with this simple linen shaded floor lamp- adding both warmth and pulling in the darker metals into the reading corner. The stools at the end of the bed are able to be easily pulled over to the reading corner when needed for added function. We added a black frame floor length mirror which will reflect the natural light back into the space creating depth and adding openness to the space.
This is going to be such a gorgeous bedroom, and we cannot wait to see it come to life in our client’s home!
