OVERVIEW ::
We are so excited to be sharing another exterior transformation with you today! Isn’t this one incredible?! We are having so much fun helping you reimagine your homes exteriors!
When we begin our exterior transformation, there’s usually one key element that we work with. Many times it is something our clients already have that we want to work with, but for this transformation our client was getting a new gorgeous brown metal roof so we used that as our jumping off point. We are not always #teampaintedbrick, and this project was a perfect example. Our client had been wanting to give her home a facelift, but she wasn't quite sure how to incorporate it with her new roof. We chose a warm creamy white from Sherwin Williams and only painted a portion of the brick to leave a bit of character and add much needed dimension to the home. Both Shoji White and Oyster White pair beautifully with wood accents and brown elements of this home. We played up the brown tones with stained gables and shutters to tie in all the spaces! This client preferred to keep the landscaping to a minimum, so we choose low-profile, hardy plants such as Red Star, Lily of the Valley, Adam’s Needle, Dwarf Fountain Grass, and Lavender for fragrance. We are totally getting Chip and Joanna vibes from this stunning Mississippi transformation and we can't wait to see them bring it to life in the months to come!
