OVERVIEW ::

Designing this office space was so much fun! Because our client has been working from home now with the COVID pandemic, she wanted an office space that would be a retreat to energize and get her through the workday. Given this, we wanted to create a bright, feminine and airy office space full of energy and subtle coastal vibes for our client!

For this space, we wanted to start by creating a soft but interesting focal point in the room. For this we chose a large coastal framed print to sit above a gorgeous natural long console framed by bookshelves on either side. The light gray desk provides a subtle contrast against the natural/white tones but maintains a cohesive feel in the center of the room.

The natural textured tassel rug we chose will really pop against the hardwoods and create a bright backdrop for the room. The rug is complimented by white blackout linen curtains (to be mounted 4-6" above the window trim) and completed with textured bamboo shades to draw in warmth and interest to the window wall.

We pulled in blush feminine accents through the lamps and pillows as well as subtle blush and neutral airy tones in the coastal artwork above the console. The floor length mirror will reflect the natural light back into the space causing the room to feel larger and brighter. The faux olive tree will also creating a welcoming feel adding liveliness and warmth to the space. One of our favorite pieces in this room is the overhead light which will pull in the bright neutral tones as well as the brass accents while creating a nice feminine focal point overhead in the space to draw the eye upwards.

We cannot wait to see this office space come to life! We had so much fun designing it for our client!
